oxblood, i went with 42lb because of my stroked 402,your stock injectors will fit pefectly on your ls1(depending on your mods) , fast suplies the larger o ring you need with the intake for your injectors to fit in the intake base, the probleme i got into is that i had aftermarket injectors that were bigger in body size and would not clear the intake, had to buy ls1 style inj.(body style smaller)that flowed 42lb.also received the hose that was wrong , fast service.,did you buy just intake or fuel rails and hose kit?

i just finished installing intake, had to grind intake behind were the oil pressure sensor was hitting, and also the top of the water pump and bolt had to grind to clear the opening of the intake. had to cut myself a hallen key to fit under cowl to tighten the intake, i had installed the fuel rails and injectors before on intake.
