Default LQ9 patriot head questions

Still researching heads. Kind of steeping away from the LS3s and looking at keeping my current intake set up. Patriot seams to have a decent price on there heads so i was considering the 2019 LQ9 heads. I am assuming that since the LS6 manifold bolts up to the the LQ9s that the heads are not much different from the 243s or 317 heads. My one big question and concern is this is going on a 4.035 bore motor but i need to keep the chamber some what small to keep compression up. With my current 241s my chambers are right around 66cc and the problem with the LQ9 patriot heads they are sitting at 72cc and i am worried that's going to be a major compression drop. Even if i milled the hell out of them down .030 that's what? maybe 68cc? and i am not sure if i would want to cut that much off a brand new set of heads. Any advice here would be great because after two weeks i am still a little lost.

Could use some help here guys. I want to make sure i am getting a decent set of heads that will not crash my compression on the 4.035 bore.

Any one. Is there any disadvantage to running a 243 head with a 4.000 plus bore or does it all depending on you compression chamber. I know i could mill a set of LQ9 heads down to 66cc but that's like .042 off the head.

I recently did an ls2 and used ls3 heads and factory intake. You can pick up the heads and intake for about 1k. A little more for some good springs and you have a very strong engine for not a lot of money.

I keep hearing every one say that the LS3 top end is the way to go on a budget. I guess i am a little intimidated because this is my first LS head swap i am trying on my own. My real major concern is trying to get rockers and push rods that are set up to work with the LS3 heads since i dont think i will be able to use the ones i am running on the 241s. Sorry if i seam like such a noob.
