So I am just finishing up my LS2 miata and am scheduled to get the exhaust done tomorrow. I started her up today and repositioned her in the garage so that I could drive straight out. The oil pressure was around 40 something and the afr's were mid 13's. I over the last little while I have made a few 5L deposits of gas. So given I have started a few times I am going to assume I ran out of fuel. I tried to restart and it died before settling to idle. I topped up with another 5L and now when I start it feels as though it is missing and the DBW pedal no longer works. I can hear the fuel start up and prime. The fuel pressure needles is shaky when running (doesn't oscillate vary much side to side).

Plan:
- Fill the tank up more.
- Pull the terminals and try to reset the ecu.

I would appreciate some advise if anyone has an idea of what is up with my car.
