Default Add up to 50 rwhp with new RADICAL BREATHE Intake System

Corvette C6 and Camaro 5 owners,
add up to 50 horsepower with the
RADICAL BREATHE Intake System
from Peak Speed Shop.

Corvette C6

Camaro 5

System Includes:
  • Breathless Performance Vortex Ram Air Induction System
  • Ported Throttle Body
  • Radical Ported Intake Manifold

Corvette C6, $999.99 when you send your own manifold and throttle body for porting.

Carmaro 5, $739.99 when you send your own manifold and throttle body for porting.

Or, pay an additional $550 refundable core charge to have the ported parts shipped from our inventory.

The Vortex Ram Air Induction System by BREATHLESS PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS has proven on the track and dyno to be the worlds most powerful ram induction system. 1st place winner at BG's BeachBend Raceway for the Air Box challenge 6 years in row !!!

Add to that, Peak Speed Shop's Radical porting to get the most bang for the buck out of your stock intake manifold.... Plus, a crisper throttle response by also having your throttle body ported....

.... you get a package that maximizes the intake performance of your vehicle.

This is a mod that most "do it yourselfer's" can do in their garage.
What other mods can you do for just $25 per horsepower gained?!

50 HP.........c'mon.......
That and a set of Granitelli spark plug wires and you'll add 65 RWHP.......

I couldn't believe that unless I did the dyno runs on my own car, same dyno, engine and outside temps the same.

Posting dyno graphs are meaningless. Look what the people at K&N do with dyno tricks.

If it does.......they will sell 10,000 units in 3-4 months.

....Is that Breathless Performance in South Florida??? I met the owner at a car show way back in like 2002-2003...I told him I just had a 436ci stroker resleeved LS6 built. He told me its impossible to build a 436ci out of a resleeved LSx engine......
But not sure if thats the same Breathless company I'm talking about.....just saying.

He's probably quoting it at the crank, but even then 50hp seems a little high.

More like 30-35 I would say.

Here is a breakdown on how we arrived at "up to 50 rwhp gain".
  • Customers report gains of 18-20 rwhp on our Radical Ported LS2 intake manifold
  • Eric Francis, president of Breathless Performance reports on their Vortex Ram system, "Average is 18 to 22 plus more hp the faster you drive from the ram air effect. With the sealed box you start picking up the ram air at 35 mph and up. The faster you go the more horsepower it makes."
  • If your vehicle has never been tuned before, you can generally experience at least 10 rwhp gain just from the tune.
So, 40-50 rwhp gain is very achievable on the LS2 with this combination.

Being a new product combination for us, we don't have before/after dyno runs from customers verifying the results, yet. Peak Speed Shop does not do our own dyno work. We rely on customers to report back unbiased third party results. Because of that, our credibility is enhanced because we aren't able to manipulate the results in our favor.

We'll kick in $$$ to the first customer that orders this package and wants to provide us with before/after dyno results on just this mod so we can share the reports with other forum members. We'll rebate that customer $75 to help with the dyno expense.

Also, here is our guarantee.... Any customer that buys this package and isn't thrilled with the results may return the parts within 30 days and receive a full refund!

If you guys are seriously going to honor this, that's a pretty solid offer.

Wish I could have done this with some of the parts that I've purchased from other vendors in the past. lol

How do you figure Ramair with that setup for 5th gen camaro's? It looks like the CAI is metal? Almost like the rest of the rotofabs and CAInc systems, what the difference?

Bold claims show me, this sounds like the new crap vararam is selling to those guys over at camaro5 that may not know any better. It's a "power wedge"/ SPACER for 130-140 dollars.

Kind of sounds like one of those "butt shaft" baton probes those aliens use to make you go faster.

Come on now...If you're going to use ricer math to calculate gains and quote the owner of Breathless Performance, at least get his name right. It's Ernie - not Eric.

Good luck with you sale.

How is it considered a "ram air effect" if the camaro cold air intake tube has a 90 degree bend in it and the filter is surrounded by a plastic heat shield/ guard type thing? Or is the ram air effect advertisement just for the Corvette intake setup?

The only problem I see in your guarantee is....everyone has different expectations in what the results should be. So we need to put a number on this guarantee. Also what if someone likes there dyno results and then gets beat in a street race the next day and say I"m not happy with the results I'd like a refund. This is very subjective IMO.
