Default Induction options for my 408?

Hey guys, I'm building an iron 408 with L92 heads and intake for my 2000 Z/28. I have a Patrick G cam on the way and will be running a nitrous outlet plate kit and PTM 92mm TB. I do not have a MAF, elbow or lid. What do you recommend?

You can run the 85mm MAF, the slp smooth bellows ( it will have to be trimmed to length), and the Fast Toys 92mm lid. It all fit on my car with the L92 intake and Harris plate. Its tight but works well. Stepping up to a Fast 102 and will have to rethink this set up. I'm looking at a 100mm Maf, 100mm lid and some custom hoses.

Why wouldn't I run the 100mm MAF and lid off the bat? Where could I get those. I'm having trouble finding them. Are they ebay MAFs?

We offer our TSP 100mm MAF sensor with a billet housing and adapter harness. I personally would recommend the 100mm MAF and Fast Toys 104mm lid to match it.

Nice! Does the MAF come with a bellows to connect to my throttle body?

Or tune speed density and do away with the MAF.

Chris1313 ram air, Fast Toys lid/matching bellows & SD tune. Don't forget a
Lingenfelter timing box for nitrous...been there, done that!

Say I do go SD tune, what do you recommend I use to connect the TB and lid? Can anyone point me in the right direction? Hopefully with pictures!

There's alot of options on induction. I like the ls3/7 MAF with a saxonpc honeycomb screen if you are wanting to keep a MAF sensor on the car.

Propper tune is gonna have a fully calibrated SD tune as well as a calibrated MAF but pure SD is also doable. For timing pull I would use the PCM for that. A knowledgeable tuner should know ways of pulling timing on the fly only when nitrous is activated so you can keep your full NA timing off the bottle. ;-)
