trying to figure out witch car intake will fit,increase horse power,ect on my truck 2008 ly6 motor.want a lower hood height on my custom ultra 4 car. any help?

 

car-L76 (LS2shortblock/L92 heads). Best best is ebay for a take off. 10-13 camaros w'LS3 or L99. A LS3 powered Vette will work too.

Yes LS3 2010 Camaro fits Great. Camaro waterpump, vet ALT/PS, truck A/C comp. LY6 throttle body.

Are you using the stock LY6 balancer? If so, didn't you need to space out the Vete alt/ps to align with the Camaro5 WP & LY6 balancer?

I have a Vette WP and GMPP Vette FEAD waiting to go on my LY6. I bought MAST Motorsports wp & FEAD spacers. I hope I don't need to buy anything more.

I like your block orange with natural aluminum heads. Really sharp looking

 

What is the belt tensioner from?

Have you thought about an Edelbrock?

 

I'm also building an Ultra4 car with an LY6. I went with an LS3 intake, mounted backwards. The truck throttle body bolted on, but the truck map doesn't work. Im going to get an LS3 map sensor and swap the plug on the harness. Also, the oil pressure switch on the valley cover needs to be cut off and welded or plugged shut if you flip the intake backwards.

 

I had to space the ps/alt bracket off the head 1.5 inches, was able to have the guys at work cut one with the waterjet but alot of ways to space it out.

 

LS3, my came off a 2010 Camaro - part number on the unit is 12569301
