Default Fuel injected single plane LS7 intake?

I have seen carbed LS7 single plane's but none that have the injector bosses drilled. Anything out there?

It can be either 4150 or 4500.

Yea... you can buy them from GMPP with the bosses not machined... or you can buy with the bosses machined for injectors.

I can't find the part number of the one with the bosses drilled. Been searching a bunch of places. Any idea of the part number?

Oh, another question, are the surfaces of the heads where the intake meets the intake for an cathedral head or LS3 the same angle as an LS7?

Would there be enough material on an Super Vic to port and work with an LS7 head? I like the longer runner and added plenem area of the Super Vic. Obviously the head port would also need to be adjusted.

Tim, i would not go JR, but i would go Super Vic. The Mast intake is awesome looking, but definately some serious coin. I would honestly go Holley high rise dual dominator if i was going to spend that kind of cash.

I already have a Super Vic so could port if enough material.

I already have 1 dominator TB so buying another and the high rise is not out of the question, plus I have the have tons of room under the hood of my 63 C10. The difficulty this would cause would be my plate system wouldn't work and would have to turn the intake in to a dual direct port deal.

Thanks Dale..

It would take a masive amount of work to get the port shaped correctly if the casting would allow it.

What about an Holley LS3 High Rise ported to a LS7 head?

From what I am finding the intake port on the head would have to be raised while the width of the intake manifolds port would have to be widened.

But are the mating surface angles the same?

Mating angles are the same between the 3 and 7. Why would you port an LS3 high rise to the LS7 and not just use the LS7 high rise to begin with?

I looked at Holleys web page and did not see a ls7 high rise. If there is one, that would save me some trouble.

I have a MAST 4500 LS7 that I am thinking of getting rid of.

It has a FAST 4 barrel 2000 cfm body. Throttle body is cable driven, but has a custom set-up that utilizes drive by wire. Drive by wire is easily removed if you choose.

K and N Filter... have both 2" and 4".

would these LS7 intake manifolds (holly hi-ram/gmpp single plane) promote higher rpm ranges? i'm trying to build my LS7 so it'll rev up to (maybe including) about 8000 rpm. is this possible with these style intakes? or should i look elsewhere in the engine as well? i will be using the stock ls7 crank and rods with higher compression forged pistons. It will still be a hydraulic camshaft (RPM's B3 cam).

sorry for the off topic question, but i thought it would be better in here rather than starting a new thread.

The hi-ram will spin as high as your cam/valvetrain is designed for. Holley lists the rpm range as 4500-8k

How did u hook up the dbw to the cable? This is the setup that I was looking for

Does anyone make an intake for the LS7 that has the possibility of housing 2 x 4150, as MAST have a DBW set up that looks old school, but only 87mm, so I was thinking of putting 2 on my ute, but haven't found an intake that can take them for the LS7
