Hello, I am running an LSx454 with fuel injection, cable throttle and electronic auto.

Is the GM performance LSx454 Engine Controller Kit, part number 19299840 what i need to control the engine?

Due to the fact you will be using the cable operated throttle body the GM Performance 19299840 conrtoller kit will not work for your application.

Holley offers a Dominator EFI system that would work for you. It will control both the engine and GM electronic transmission. For a complete system to get you up and running you will need the following items:

Holley Dominator EFI ECU
Holley Dominator EFI Main Power Harness
Holley Dominator EFI Main Engine Harness 58X
Holley Dominator EFI Transmission Harness
Oxygen Sensor
Map Sensor
Coolant Sensor
Air temp sensor

And one of the following depending on injector style:
Holley Dominator EFI Injector Harness Bosch
Holley Dominator EFI Injector Harness EV6
