Yep,you read that right folks... Just got it today, actually looks pretty well made(copied). Is it chinese? yup.. Does it suck that i baught a chinese knock off to get this price? yup... Will it work or last? most likeley, ill find out when it's on my LS2 intake and eventually subjeted to boost. If it does work/last i saved $400 cuz it doesn't say Nick Williams or FAST on it.
Here's a few pics...

Yup,sure do. It's the only US seller i found on Ebay at this price. Also have a 102 available as well.

I had one, they are poorly made. return it if you can my friend
If you decide to keep it, here's what I had to do to mine:
-Remove the screws that mount the throttle blade and apply Loctite (mine backed out)
-Be prepared to have to sand the edges of the throttle blade because mine was too big, and kept getting stuck
-IAC mounting holes in wrong location so I had to bring to a machine shop to tap new holes.
-Disassemble cam and remove spring and trim it down, it has WAY to much spring pressure

I had one, and it was a nightmare. Couldn't get the car tuned or drivable at all, and this is when I was NA. Either the blade would stick open, or the IAC would stick, or I had air gaps and the IAC closed completely. I had all three problems at different times till I said F'it and tossed it.

Also for boosted applications they usually do not hold up to much pressure before leaking by the shaft and other areas do to tolerance, shotty seals etc. but if you have no money (or don't want to spend it) and want to spend time on it go for it.....

I am finally giving up on my Fast 90mm tb and ordered a Ballistic Speed unit today. They are priced reasonable and look to be good quality. The couple members here who have bought them say they are great.
Once I get it installed expect a full write up and review in the Gen 3 external section. Can't be any worse than my Fast 90mm. So far I have had to clearance the blade to open/close and port the IAC chamber to try to get it to idle, it's "better" but still troublesome as far as idle goes. Tune has been worked and worked and worked both for airflow, fuel, and timing.

Just a follow up, I got the Ballistic Speed tb installed and it works great, drives great, and doesn't break the bank.
Review is posted in Gen III external. I definitely recommend them if someone doesn't want the hassle of the ebay knock offs.
If the price is still too high keep a watch as I've seen them go on sale before. I think back on black friday they were under $200 shipped.
