Since you haven't gotten a response, I suggest you go to your favorite parts store and have them look up your vehicle and ask them to grab the copper plugs it lists for your vehicle. Take a look and compare price and try whichever look to be the best quality. Copper plugs are quite affordable so you're not gambling much $.

Good luck.

NGK TR45 V-Powers are what I run in just about everything.

If you go to the parts store to get them, be prepared for the idiot behind the counter to tell you all about how you're going to be melting pistons and **** going with a copper plug.

Thanks guys, iam leaning towards a TR55 or a TR6 plug at this stage, i think the only difference the TR6 has a shorter reach, might be benificial to help control detonation

NGK TR-55 at .050 or if that's too hot a cooler NGK TR-6 at .045 seems to work very well in most LS engines. I'd start with the TR-55 at .050 in a stock, near stock, bolt-on NA LS. If the engine has internal mods, cam, ported heads with mote compression, stroker engine etc the NGK TR-6 is a good starting point.

In any case, reading the new plugs may suggest a heat range shift depending on the mods. My 383 LS1 wants TR-6 at .045 but my old heads and cam LS1 liked TR-55's at .050 and the 416 with ported LS3 heads likes TR55's at .050

I’m not a platinum fan either. Are you against iridium? I run them in everything I can. NGK’s are good. Denso also good.
