Default 5.3L Gen IV cam selection for turbo application

Hey everyone. Got a 5.3L Gen IV that I'm swapping into a 86 GMC Sierra 1500. Its a long bed weighs around 4200 lbs. (approx). Heavy in other words. Looking for a cam that has good low end, and nice choppy idle. Want to go with a 76 mm turbo. This will be mostly street. I will need different gearing in the rears. I think its 2:73's. I have the Muncie SM465 manual trans. Was thinking possibly a tick performance stage 3.... thoughts?

Call Tick, Cam Motion, BTR for cam recommendations. A forum is not the place for something as critical as that.

The cam you mentioned is for NA, you'll need a turbo specific cam. It'll work but a cam specifically cut for boost will work a lot better
