I contacted colorado speed and I found their attitude on the arrogant side when i enquired about the FAST 103mm intake.
They refused to answer why the shipping delay is so long.
I will wait and get one from somewhere else when they are more readily available.
It's important to not be a dick to potential customers or to people in general really.

You're not the only one to have issues with them. They seem to excel at dealing out attitude.

Oh well it's their loss. I think it's quite stupid to act this way seeing as though there is so much competition out there and they are not the only ones selling this product.
With my previous dealings with American businesses, quite a few staff/owners had bad attitudes toward me. Just an arrogant schmuck type
I told one guy to watch his mouth and i told him off and he slammed the phone down. He knew he was acting like a dick. Instead of apologising he slams the phone and loses potential business. Just stupid.
We are not used to this kind of behaviour here in Australia and we are easily aggravated.
Most of the business owners here are down to earth and reasonable and is very rare to encounter something like this.
However, I did have a pleasurable time dealing with Brian Tooley. Such a nice guy and very patient and knowledgeable. He gave me excellent advice and recommendations.
Can an American chime in and tell me, why do a lot of your fellow citizens in business have bad attitudes.
I have spoken to about 10 business and I would say 5 of them were almost borderline rude in their manner.
I'm just curious.
I doubt it's a racial thing.
From what I hear the Americans don't mind the aussies.

I’m an American who owns a business. I treat all of my clients like they are family...even ones that have treated me unfairly. I don’t care where your from or what color you are. I think the business owners who treat others poorly OVER THE PHONE wouldn’t be this way in person. They probably get dozens of phone calls every day from people wanting info about something they don’t even want, and there is an aggravation factor involved for the salesman. Basically they have the wrong guy, or gal, answering phones, but here in America it’s hard to find workers, so the business owners just put up with it. I answer my own phone, to prevent this from happening. Reputation is everything in business, so you must protect it at all costs.
Bortous I sincerely hope you don’t form an opinion of Americans from the foolish salesman on the phone, having a bad hair day. We are, for the most part here in America, pretty good folk.

Bortous, it irks me to hear when someone from beyond our borders is treated unfairly for no real reason. And I hope you know that is the exception to the rule.
As NAVYBLUE210 said, I too feel kinship to Aussies and Kiwis, having known a few of each.
EVERY country has a few buttholes, but it seems you have gotten more than your proportionate share of ours! LOL.
It is a pleasure reading your posts here. I learn something from them!

True that.
I don't have any issues against the American people in general.
I just dislike the government in the USA very much.

You have some good points there.
It certainly is difficult to not only find workers but good ones.
I am in business myself and reputation is certainly very important.
Yesterday was the busiest day of the year and people were waiting for 2 hours+ for their order.
I have not formed an opinion of the general population just by speaking to a few people in the USA.
There are over 350,000,000 of you.
I have my own opinion of the US government though which is certainly very negative.
I'm sure most of you would agree on that one.

It's all good brother.
I would happen eventually. With such a large population. the chance of dealing with a butthole is much higher. lol
There is the good with the bad.
I have always wanted to go to the USA for a holiday and check it out but unsure where to go.

Hey, bud.

I don't know the absolute specifics, but I've heard the delays were due to some manufacturing changes that were incorporated into the product.

We went thru this same process with the Motive 3.90/4.10 rear gear sets for the C6 Z06/ZR1 diffs.........several years of development, testing, QA, re-design, manufacturing changes, etc. .....but, they finally arrived last year to much fan fare.

It is,
It's clean and quiet and the people are relaxed.
You don't need to worry about being sued or giving your opinion on political matters.

That's the impression I have. Only worry about those things that matter. Other than that, as you say, "no worries!"

Haha.
Don't worry.
Come down here
I will hire you protection.

Australia is very safe and is indeed beautiful.
I think the producers of these shows are paranoid schizophrenics if that's the impression they gave you.
