I didn't test it with a DBW as it had a 4500 flange on it, but it definitely picked up power on my setup......

Bro,
That's awesome!
Man...that's a CNC'd lid.
Can you make one of those for the Fast HR for an LS 102?
How much would that cost?

BTW....They make 4500/4150 to LS TB adapters.....

Holley do some cheap intakes with various lid options ?

But surely a carb intake has to be easiest ?

Although doubtful the LS3 intake is holding things back too much unless you're trying to run a lot of rpms, it's a very good intake.

What trans are you using with that setup ? looks like a load of fun.

I don't know...I never do until I bolt it all together, tune it and see.
Tuner said based on the MAF reading at various throttle levels the engine needed more air and wasn't getting it.
Almost done with the Fast HR.....Lots of Plumbing bits and extensions.
We'll see.

I wanted to stay plastic to keep the heat soak down....because I road race the car too.
But also like to take lots of 1/2 mile runs.....its fun.

Car has a quaife sequential....6 speed

There's a small clip of my car zipping away from an 1100hp challenger.....he ran a 178..beat him by like 8 car lengths.
Quick clip at 1.23 mark
