Default LQ4/823 Heads mild build

Hey guy's ! so i'm officialy new here , but i've read a lot of thread since last 4 month , but i cant find exactly what i want , maybe i'm dumb loll

So here's what i have in mind !

I want to do a mild all motor build on my LQ4 to enjoy it like it is and maybe an LSA supercharged in a couple of year or simply , going harder on the all motor build .

So here's the part's : 823 head ( i have them ) with Ls3 home made ported intake , 90 mm cable wire TB , 850 ID injectors , shorty headers ( eventualy long tube ) , dual 3 inch exhaust to single 3.5 , New intake Valves ( those on the 823 are all rusty ) + valve seat job , valve spring upgrade ( depend on the cam side ) , arp rod bolt and head stud , UDP .

I want to raise the compression on it ( .030 milled head + .40 (?) head gasket ) at about 10.x compression , planning to rev it around 7K .

I was wondering what kind of cam i could go without fly cut . In the best world , i would like 460 +/- whp + I'm putting that in a 04 IS300 with a 3.78 rear diff and Nv3500 transmission ( for now , t56 mag later )

Other wise , on stock cam , what kind of power should it have ? 380 whp ? 400 ?

Thx a lot !

Your best bet is to contact Pat G for a camshaft recommendation.
You are wanting to hit too many targets at once for me to work anything out. Haha

Yeah , i'm a bit confuse lolll . But the more i read , l92 head are freaking good on a all in build . Too much problem on stock piston. i'll probably stick with the 317 head , valve spring and a good cam .
