6LS-2 controller Pro-Data+ so???are?

6LS-2 controller Pro-Data soft ware I just put in a LS364 in a 1967 camaro with a MSD ignition 6LS-2 controller. MSD has included several plug in chips for advance timing control. This controller also has the ability to map a timing advance curve with MSD’s easy-to-use Pro-Data+ so???are via a lap top computer. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it worth my time to use the so???are or to stick with the plug in chips?

Sorry about the miss spelling. For whatever reason when I posted the thread the question marks appeared. It should read pro data soft ware. Anyways if you have detailed information I would really appreciate it.
