Honestly, unless you plan on spinning 8K+, you do not need a bigger tb. The reason on the bigger statement is a 90 will flow ~1500 cfm from what I have been told and that will be more than enough for a street/strip 416.

Btw accufab makes one (105mm)but a little custom work is involved..

The Accufab throttle body for the LS1 is only 75mm. The 105mm is actually for a Ford Mustang.

The stock LS2 throttle body is 90mm but the stock MAF could be a bottleneck at only 85mm. Lingenfelter sells a 100mm MAF. http://www.lingenfelter.com/store/lp..._lpe-4232.html

I don't think that 85mm is that big of a bottle neck, considering that the 100mm only gave 3-5hp more, for a nice total of $300..
That was from a thread I saw a while back.

I heard that you really dont need any bigger than 90mm. I have talked to a few people that have made around a 1000hp on 90mm. Just what I heard tho.

Nick Williams is going to be coming out with one but is has been months since I've heard anything. I think Nick's is a cable style.

Big difference forcing air in or sucking air in. Plenty of turbo guys are hitting 800+hp with the stock 78mm.
