Would an LS7 intake manifold & exhaust manifolds fit an LS2?

Question Would an LS7 intake manifold & exhaust manifolds fit an LS2?
I'm asking for a buddy of mine. I told him I didn't think so, but I'd ask.

No. A ls7 intake will only fit ls7 heads. The exhaust manifolds will fit however.

But the exhaust manifolds mate up against the heads also, so why one and not the other?

Because all ls style exhaust manifolds have the same bolt pattern. the intake manifolds do not.
