Default LS7 Oil Lines too long

I'm installing a LS7 in a 63 Vette. I have the stock oil tank and lines. The lines are too long and they only kink if try to make them fit. Does any one know of a way to shorten the stock lines or do I just need to adapt to AN fittings and use braided hose.

Take them to a hydraulic hose shop (a place that makes hoses for large indutrial trucks and heavy equipment) and they can cut the hoses to the correct length and re-swage them.
