Thoughts on Super Vic on 416CI L92 v. FAST 90

I was under the impression that the Super Vic setup with an elbow or sheet metal intake flows more air than the FAST, Don't quote me on that someone should shine in and give us the facts.

ill be doing the vic jr with a 4bbl style tb , my neighbor just did 1 on his 403 turbo truck , he said he picked up some low end power with it , over his old intake set up , which was a LS2 tb/ss intake and 90mm tb , and the motor was a 408
you would need a cowl hood to clear the elbow if you use a 4bbl tb

i think with the low profile elbow , and using a stock style tb , even a 90mm , your gonna give up some air flow , and leave some power on the table , over using a 4bbl style tb , but then you loose some hood clearence
