Default LS7 head/intake porting results:

Just finished the tuning and the results are awesome.

New Z06, mild cam (customer wanted drivability) .608/.583 232/248 115LSA....before dyno it made 518.87 rwhp & 475.24 tq, after our new CNC porting (the intake is not bad from the factory, but the exhaust ports can be greatly improved) of the heads, and hand porting the intake to match with our 95mm billet throttle body we ended up with 546.94 rwhp, and 491.34 rwtq.

Yes the big cube motors want to breathe!!! Only difference from the base run was the porting & bumping up to our 95mm billet TB.

And a few pics of the car: http://www.corvetteflorida.com/forum...ight=revxtreme

Here is the dyno sheet.

You will see the base run (with the tune from another shop that was in Houston) was a "pushing the limits" tune with a to lean of A/F for our tastes...and we kept it very conservative.

DUH!! Fixed. Bring yours down to do your tuning on the dyno, we added a stand alone WB for the drive tuning. I want to see your SD results.

Great result. Your catch can is working out very nicely on my C6. Any reason for the early shut down on the dyno graph?

Did not need to spin it any higher as the powerband was starting downward at that RPM....but looking at it you can see it was getting wider as it went.

Glad the can is working as intended, please post your results w/pics if possible.
