easist suggestions for crank pulley reinstall
ok so removed for cam install usually i heat the crank pulley and try to slip it on so i can get the bolt started.
any other suggestions? i know i could possibly get a longer threaded rod to get it started.

Have a look in the 'Tools and Frabrication' forum.
618Hawk has made a tool for just this purpose. Got one on order myself.
The alternatives are to get a longer bolt to get the pulley on most of the way before tightning up with the pulley bolt.
Don't try and use the normal bolt to pull it on as chances are you'll strip the threads in the crank
