I see the heads are being listed on multiple sites for sale, but I still haven't been able to find a price on the intake manifold. Standard deck: 19257851.

Default Nice modded GMPP LSX454

Those are some great numbers from the GMPP LSX454 - helped by the manual trans. So you removed the heads, had them CNC ported/shaved, then installed a big cam? Nice gains if the 638 is close.

I have a bone stock small cam GMPP LSX454 with Cary's intake and 50lb injectors with 2" primary headers and made 501 RWHP through a powerglide/loose converter/Ford 9" rear on a dynojet dyno..

I'm guessing that I would make 550-560 RWHP with a manual and different rearend.

what size is your throttle body and manifold, im also using a duspeed intake on mine they flow alot better then some of the stuff you guys have in the USA.

Your HP figure is about right if you haven't ported and shaved the heads.
There is alot more power to be had from those heads when worked properly.

Default manifold/tb

Intake: Mast Motorsports - CNC 2 piece intake 4500 EFI LS7
with an Accufab 4500 throttle body - the 2.25" butterfly model.

I went with this TB and Intake since I plan to go with more cam/head porting maybe later this year.

They seem to be ok for forced induction...i have no direct experience with them but heads similar to them for a sbf. i believe they have a 5/8ths thick deck which isnt to Bad.

Whats the application? On inline valve heads you need to watch valve and throat sizes as the bowls can get thin and crack. But going to be dependant on the app. all in all tho seems like a good head

Ron who did the heads?

They can be great for n/a..theyre real similar to a gv2..but the cnc work offered from gm leaves for alot of improvement imo...better to get them raw

No I am saying we are making 1030HP on our 440 LSX using LSX DR Cylinder heads.. Im sure if we went with Mozez heads there would be potential for more power, BUT there is a weight penalty in our class for canted valve cylinder heads.
