LS2+Patriot Heads+Fast 90/90=What cam
Setting up my engine combo, have an LS2 shortblock
looking at getting patriot heads to get the compression around 11.5ish and running a vengance ported Fast 90/90
On the other side i have 1 3/4 longtubes with 3" ORY and a Corsa catback
Tranny is FLT level 4 with a Vig3200 9.5 inch most likely
What cam would ya'll suggest???
I was thinking a reverse split like i used to run 230/224 .573/.563 111LSA (TR Reverse Split) or another X1 (230/227 .5xx/.5xx 111LSA)

I have ported heads that are milled, ported FAST, supporting mods on my LS2. I went with a comp cam custom grind 228/232 .581 .595 114. My car made 480rwhp and 430ftlbs of torque. The tune was very easy to dial in with this cam and the drivability is spot on. Idle is about 1000rpm and it has a nice lope. I ended up without about 11.5-1 compression with the milled heads and smaller cometic head gaskets. The heads were extensively worked over also, so not sure how much the cam is actually worth.
