LS2 + 60cc heads, advice needed
I have tfs cast heads that were used on my 347. Now have a ls2 shortblock on the way.
Would like to team the 2 up, but am nervous about compression with pump gas.
Using compression calculators and 0 deck static compression is around 11.75:1 with stock gaskets. I have a f11 cam 228/230 114 lsa, but understand I will probably have to go larger to make the dcr safe.
Considering flycutting, swapping pistons or having a little taken out of the combustion chambers, but money is pretty tight at the moment.
Please chime in if you are running a similiar or have experience with a similiar combo. Thanks-Garrett

Gonna get an estimate on enlarging the combustion chambers tomorrow. Thinking this may be the way to go, I could then run thinner gaskets for better quench and be able to reuse my f11 cam.....
