what makes them good to only .620 lift? what varies specifically between the LS7's and the Morels?

spring pressure is a factor too.. just get some morels.. you have spent the $$ on the rest of the motor why skimp on the lifters?

remember though the lifters take all the abuse from every rpm the motor goes through. its not a part to skimp out on. ans with as many ls7 and caddy lifter failures as ive seen i certainly would not waste my money or risk my motor on those. i beleive the lunati's are built by morel aswell.

I just bought the CTS-V lifters as I thought these were a good upgrade. What kind of failures have you seen and what has caused them I am now hesitant to use these lifters.

I would personally not install the CTS-V Caddy Lifters. I had one fail after 2500 miles.

Yeah Tim from comp told me @ PRI they were available, unfortunately a call into comp yesterday showed no availability at this time and no release date in their cpu system. I will contact Tim when he returns from vacation next week.
