Default L92 lifters and chain tensioner

I took my L92's stock cam and lifters out today and I noticed that the AFM lifters are the big ones and there are 8 of them, but the other 8 lifters in the cylinders that do not deactivate look like normal LS lifters. Are these lifters the same as other ls1 lifters or are they also specific to engines that have AFM. The reason I ask is I'm wondering if I need to buy 16 lifters to go with the new cam or can I just get 8 to replace the AFM lifters. The engine has 0 miles on it. Also the L92 6.2 has a different type of T-chain tensioner, it rides against the outside of the chain on the right side. I plan on using the stock ls3 type chain with an ls3 sprocket. Should I get the LS2 style tensioner that bolts to the block between the cam and crank sprocket? Just wasn't sure if the one I have is only used for VVT applications, which my motor had. Hopefully this all makes sense. Thanks for any help.
