Forgot to add to the OP, if you go smaller you'll have room to grow. Going to the MAX IMO isn't really necessary. To each his own. Take my advice with like a grain of salt if you wish.
The max bore on the MID's that I'll be running are 4.155. I will most likely have JE or Wiseco make me some custom pistons for a 4.135 or 4.140'' bore. It will leave me with enough room to clean up the sleeves if I ever decide on going a different route or just in a refresh/rebuild.

I am new to the LS scene, but have been racing GM for over 20 years. I know how to crack a block ![The Judge](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_judge.gif)
I am building a boosted & Nitro Engine with a LSX block. After many phone calls and emails, I have decided to keep a "little" more beef on the cylinder walls and go with the 441ci rotating assembly.![Guns](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_guns.gif)
Stroke: 4.125"
Bore: 4.125"
Rods: 6.125"
I like the Lunati crank and rod kit: 60341251K2
