Damn, you posted in May of 2010 that these were already a year in development, and then add 8 months to that and they are still on hold.

I understand about research and development setbacks and delays, but that's quite a long timeline.

The heads are being cast at the foundry right now. So it shouldn't be to much longer until they are being machined and ready to ship.

Allow shipping from overseas.

JOKING . I am sure John/Jason (TSP) will snap at me. So how did they preform at the drags?

Im really looking forward to these heads. Im working on getting a 10 Camaro sometime this year. So Im really curious at the results. Will you guys have cams designed for these heads or will your line of LS3 cams work just as well?

No waiting on a slow boat for these. From the casting process to the finished product happens in the USA. It's the only way to control everything to insure a quality product.

YEah. I figured as much. I wouldn't expect TSP to develop/cast heads anywhere else than the good 'ol U.S. of A.

If you "Liked" Texas Speed on Facebook you would have already seen the timeslip! We'll make some posts with the details about the races later today, but for now I'll say we did set a new record with them this weekend!

They are PRC. The castings are machined in a different location for PRC. The castings are then shipped to Texas for porting and assembly.

I never knew TSP WAS PRC. why not just market the heads as TSP heads?

I am looking forward to a set of these on my LS6 CTS-V. Will pricing be inline with the other PRC heads like the 215cc? I was set on staying cathedral but if they beat Mast's pricing I will go the LS3 route.

The PRC LS3 head will clear a 4.0 bore just like the stock casting.
