Build me a "reasonable" 600hp paper Tiger?

This is actually my build. It turned out so well that Shawn has made is a package offered by Virginia Speed.
Order one up, bolt it in and have a blast for a long time.

Idk, i went with an ls3 topend (wee bit ported) and an HKE 402 and i seem to be under the impression it was a lot less than the budgets specified..
and I talked to Ed about 500 rwhp, so that shouldnt be TOO far off the mark..

First i will say i know basically nothing about LS series engines. I will be starting work on a early second gen pro touring camaro this winter and need to start planing out my drivetrain now. I am wanting to build something as close to 600hp at the flywheel as possible without getting exotic (read un-needed expense). I want to stay with an aluminium block to save the weight. Other than that i am open to about anything. I will probably go carbed instead of injected.
One question is will ported L92 heads support this much horsepower?
Thanks in advance guys.
