Default Cam Question

We have a 02 Z28 M6 and my friend has a Comp Cam from a 6.0 LS2 Goat. Question is will it work in a LS1 and what mods need to be made, if any?

Yes the cam will work no problem in your car. You will need the appropriate valve springs and some hardened pushrods, along with a gasket kit to install it. Depending on miles some guys change out oil pumps and timing chains as well. Let us know what you need and we can get you the parts ASAP!

In my opinion it is too big of a cam on a daily driver. BUT yes you can install it.
