I've tune in a more than a few at 12:1 and just over with 91 octane. The biggest key here to really making it work is as mentioned going to a colder plug. Spark plug heat range is one of the most improperly used item to making power safely. I'd recomend doing a 7 heat range on that which should allow you to actually get some timing into it without big knock problems. You also want to make sure to use the IAT and ECT tables when tuning to keep the timing down when the heat comes up. If you do this you can just go to a TR6 or TR55 when you run race fuel in it with a second tune set to be more agressive.

A guy I knew had a 410 build with a 13:1(or 14:1 can't remember). He had to run 110 at least to keep it right. They ended up tearing through it all a few times and went with a lower comp setup. I'm not sure what it has now but I imagine it's still rowdy
