Sorry guys I had to make a tooling change before the castings were exactly what I wanted. It's not quick to build a brand new casting, things come up that need to be fixed & I don't want to ship until it's 100%.

Our heads/cam L99 car makes 488rwhp range with the LS7 heads and the VVT-3 camshaft that was in the car. I'm sorry it's took longer to get these things going guys, but finally we're machining heads!!

Any idle clips? Simce you never mentioned anything about FAST, I assume stock LS3 intake & TB? While most people want their heads asap, we all realize things take time. If you shipped theem before being 100% to your satisfaction, you might loose future customers and hurt your "REP". I personally am looking forward to seeing pics and data of the finished product.

Thanks for the "update"

Well it wouldn't have a ls3 intake it would have a ls7 intake or fast ls7 version.

They won't fit a 4.0" bore

Final Pricing? Also, I wanted to know if the runner/intake tract was similar in shape/length/size to the ls7's.

LOL, easy guys, they're legitimate questions and not everyone will read the entire thread

No, they will not work on a 4.005" bore 402ci short-block. They do require a minimum of 4.065" bore

yeah no kidding, I've had my eyes on these heads for awhile, but I'm not gonna be the first one to try them on a 416-418. A ported set of LS3 sets VS these small bore LS7 heads on the dyno would be great. I'm not gonna spend the time and money if I'm only going to pick up 10HP or so. Now if there is a 20+ HP difference, I'll get a set.
