what will my compression ratio be?

what will my compression ratio be?

I'm trying to figure out if I can run this combo on California premium 91 octane gas.
If I were to take a set of stock LS3 heads and bolt them to this LS3 427 stroker shortblock: http://www.schwankeshortblocks.com/s...?i=1518&c=1086
with flat top -7cc pistons, and stock head gaskets, any idea of what the final compression ratio will be?

You should be fine. I am assuming you will be using a cam with more duration than stock?

Yea, nothing too radical though. I want it to be very streetable.

Spent half the day yesterday reading about stroker 416 and 427's. Found that some had problems with their 427's, but found that others have not. I planned on making some phone calls today thinking that these issues have been worked out since engine builders are offering them.
I would like to know what it is that you are talking about, maybe you could point me in the right direction?
