I'm currently running that cam with a set of PI heads from VA speed (113+4 if memory serves me right now) and it drives and idles better than the previous setup I had with a set of ported 853 heads with a TR224 (112+4) and I'm stock cubes.
My idle is set at 750 and it idles and drives perfectly. I to VA speed that I didn't want a high rpm slug as I typically shift at less than 4000 rpm with around the town driving. It pulls nicely from 1600 rpm up to redline.

I just dyno my motor yesterday and it has the cam ur talking about:
Stock LS2 bottom end, 60,000 miles
M6
Stock LS3 Throttle body, manifold, injectors
TEA LS3 heads milled .030"
227/235 LSL lobes
Kooks 1.75" headers, magnaflow catback
it put down 467hp/411tq
table flat torque curve, it drives like stock suprisingly...

Sorry about that. I am using ls2 heads. The 92 was in reference to the intake manifold.
Didn't mean to jack your thread, I was just trying to give another example of this cam in a similar setup.
Good luck.
FWIW, I think you will be more than happy with this cam in your build.

You can see my truck in my signature. As of now, it has a SBC 383 stroker and 700R4 in it. Its fun but too much of a hot rod. It breaks down all the time, I have to work on it all the time if I want to drive it, and I HATE carburetors. Thats why i'm building this 6.0L stroker motor for a daily driver. I need my truck to drive back and forth to school with reliability.
This truck came stock with a 4.3L V6 and NV1500 5spd. I built the small block and put an automatic tranny in it. Its fun and unique but not a daily driver for sure.

Have you checked out the Torquer v2 cam?
I will be running the exact setup as you, but different intake.
My block has the torquer v2 in it, but I am looking for peak HP. I won't be taking mine to the track and I do a bit of street driving, but I still want higher HP than torque.
