what the max lift i can run b4 running into PTV PROB.

Default what the max lift i can run b4 running into PTV PROB.

my set up is l92/ls3 heads that have been milled to 64 cc.. its a iron 408 strocker with -4cc diamond pistons. .. current cam im running is a 230/244/598/612 on a 114lsa.. and the new cam im interested in is a custom eps cam 237/251/610/632/113 with 3 degrees of advance into achieve a icl of 110...would i have problems with the new cam ..?

Max valve lift actually has very little to do with piston to valve clearance, due to the piston being close to half way down the cylinder at max valve lift, Danny. With those pistons, and the valve reliefs they have in them, you have ALOT of room to play with.

Here's a little chart that shows your crank cycle in relation to valve events. You can see where the piston is in relation to the valves opening and closing.
