So I'm installing Comp's 26918 beehive valve springs, and the retainers I got have a 0.570 I.D., which gives about 0.065 play around the LS3's 0.505 valve guides.
Then I order PAC seats for the 1518 beehives, and....they're exactly the same. So, since everyone seems to say the beehives are "true" drop-in spring replacements that use factory retainers, seats/seals, I stop by the local Chevy dealer and pick up a set of the OEM 1-pc seat/seals. When I mic'd the step of seat, it's about 0.790'ish, so given the beehive's 0.885 I.D., the slop here is even MORE at about 0.095.
Does everyone run beehives with this kind of seat slop?
In the pic below, I placed a 0.500 o-ring inside the Comp/PAC locator to get the idea of guide-to-locator clearance:

To answer your question..... Yes. FYI the first version of the Comp 26918 IS the PAC 1518. There are only like 3 companies that make the springs for EVERYONE. PAC and Associated are two of them.......

Fyi,
Should anyone else do a search for an "exactly" compatible (26918) beehive seat locators/spring seats, the following part numbers seem to be the only compatible ones, although as I write this, I cannot find any stocking distributor, and FWIW, PAC told me to use the larger PAC-S111 (identical to Comp 4705):
Manley 42336-16
Ferrea SL1080
