I'm shooting for 550 plus with the mods in my sig on straightline's mustang dyno on an SD tune. Only because I wanna be in the 10's w/full weight and drive home w/ AC on.

That cam looks like its for a very lightened f-body or a vette. In a heavier car that cam would need good gearing and a big stall.

Looks kinda like more for something with a rectangular port head but it will still work with catherdral.

Wait til TSP has the small bore LS7 heads available. It will be worth the wait IMO

you could wait on heads that have no data to support them or track times or
dyno numbers if you want. To me sounds more like shooting in the dark

if i where you i would go for tonys afr 230"s head

check this link out bro some great info on a 416 build

The engine made by the Ai for the memeber "Tireburnin" is crazy, I think it is 416 ci with Ai CNC LS3 with Ai Selected Camshaft, Vic Jr. intake with Carb with E85, it made on the dyno over 700 hp (714 hp), and if you calculated as rwhp then it will be around 607 rwhp.

see the link for more information: https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamomet...-714hp-na.html

An engine with 416ci with LS3 heads and 607 rwhp is considered for me extremely strong as it is almost like a big block output

FWIW: the TFS heads are much easier to cam than the L92 heads. Smaller cams make smaller numbers..bigger cams make bigger numbers. Pretty simple.

The l92 heads are much trickier to cam correctly and bigger cams often make less power than the correct smaller cam. Do your research.
