The great valvespring debate
I'm not partial to any brand. This will be an L92 headed stock bottom end 6.2L build with a 230's/240's cam, ported intake, LS7 lifters, stock rockers, and appropriate pushrods.
****This is not a bashfest for any one spring (unless its deserved
) or brand. I'd like as much factual first hand info as possible, pro builders, feel free to give your $.02. **** i have had no problems with either. i think a lot of spring failures are caused by people not letting the car get to operating temp before spinning the engine higher RPM's.

For both springs, I always wait until the water temperature is up to 190*F and since I have an oil temperature gauge and cooler, 180*F for that. I need to get my old springs checked just to follow up and see how much pressure was lost. I didn't drive that setup too hard but with the PRC EHT 0.675's, the engine sees 6500 daily.
