Looking for this set up that I dont have to cut up my cowl to bad or at all and same w the hood But I want it to Flow good also for a 427 w Ls7 top end

I know the cutting and elbow design w good flow is prob a give and take thing just need some imput, never ran a single plain on a 4th Gen F-Body Before

 

try a carb hat and 4 barrel t/b ...elbow is not a ideal flow thing ! so they say

 

right like a fast 4150 flange style but doesnt the carb hat defet the purpose of this?

 

I haven't seen a single NA setup that didn't loose massive numbers when an elbow was added. You're better off running a FAST LSX intake.

 

w heads that flow a touch under 400cfm @ .650 lift I dont thing the FAST can keep up and Id rather run a 4150 FAST Tb and ditch the elbow idea

 

Run the carb style tb. Only way I would run an elbow is with a big FI application.
