Those heads can support 500rwhp but the cam cannot. Some years back Pat G was among the first to make 500 on a 346 and he used those heads. The entire setup was optimized fro intake to exhaust. Car ran 180+ in the Texas Mile too... (and yes the heads were Mamofied and IIRC that is worth about 10cfm)
If you wanna read about it search gen III internal for "recipe for 500rwhp"

If you sell the 205s PM me a price Please I maybe interested.
I'd keep the setup you have, save up for a stroker and maybe upgrade the heads at that time.
On the stock bottom end, I'd swap cams before heads just my opinion, as others have posted the 205s will support more.

If it was me I would sell the 205 and get the AFR 215. The money you would spend on having the 205's worked over would probably be more than you would spend if you sell the 205 and put soem with what you make off of them to get the 215. They are already set up for the larger bore and I would have them milled to get your compression up to at least the 11.5:1 range and get a cam cut to maximize the 215 head. You could also look into having Tony Mamo port your Fast 102 for a few extra ponies. Things like an electric waterpump can be worth a few also.
