Default p0343 cam sensor high voltage

Hey guys I hope I'm in the right area. I'm having a issue with my tach not working and a p0343 cam position sensor high voltage code. On my snap on scanner its showing the rpm's but not on the dash. I've replaced the sensor and checked the connectors outside and inside of car. Its a lq9 with ls3 top end g5x2 cam.

pull the intake and the valley cover; take a look at your cam sprocket, it's prolly loose
