In the duration range we are all quoting the LSA is not going to change PTV enough to cause any issues. Mine isn't set on one LSA only. On some we use 115, some we use a 113. I know Texas Speed offers options as well.
I personally would recommend flycutting regardless so you can mill the heads and/or use a thinner head gasket to get compression up. It's an important step towards getting the most out of your total setup.

Honestly fly-cutting once you have the tool is not that hard or much trouble to do.

I havent had it tuned yet but it should be some where in 460 to 470 on motor and close to 650+ range on nitrous.
I never checked ptv cam was spec'd by bullet he said it would be fine and put in with no problems.

sorry but my toy is just a personal toy. i dont do dynos as numbers from dyno to dyno can vary and i dont drag race it at track as i mostly baby it. i only get on it when i get a wild hair but when i do, my baby runs like at a bat out of hell and yes ive had 243s before on an lq4 but this build is the best ive had and i love it.

I agree, even if it takes someone a couple days to check PTV and have to flycut, it could save in the long run when you're a couple weeks and a couple grand $$ out in a new engine...

So I flycut my pistons last week taking .060 depth. My LS3 heads are milled .015 and running cometic .040. Cam specs are 230/234 .612/.598 114+2. I checked PTV over this past weekend and had .160 clearance, so in all actuality I didn't have to even flycut but now that just leaves me with more room on the table in the future I guess

just went friday for a ride in my buddys 2010 camaro with the tsp 231-236 cam and bolt ons with a 3200 stall and personally i liked mine better with less lift. now while i do have only an lq9 with ls3 heads compared to his bigger cubes all ls3 motor, i do have "me" ported heads, bigger 1 7/8 headers, 3800 stall and 4.10s. well my truck is heavier too. too many factors to consider but im happy with mine

But am not sure if I should wait and build a ls3 with that cam instead of using my 6.0 ltr
