Default LS2 timing cover difference? Need help

I'm putting a F1A on my LS2 out of a 06 TBSS in a 71 Nova. I bought a 06 GTO water pump so i could put a LS6 intake on it. The problem, the water pump hits the timing cover and has about a .0050-.0070" gap between it and the block. Is there different covers? If so, what do i need?

Thanks for the time Russ. It looks like the bottom one. I wonder if it's hitting 2 of the bolt heads instead. I could pull them and see, but there would only be a few thousandths gap between the cover and back of the pump.

Are you checking this clearance with the pump gaskets in place? They are metal with rubber seals and are close to 0.100" thick...
