Default Need advice for my 408 build

So here's what I have so far, I bought an iron 408 from another member here out of Houston. The motor is a fresh build from HKE and I'd like a nasty all motor set up with the L92 heads that are already on it. I plan to put at least a 150 shot of nitrous to it through the stand alone up front that I already have. I also would like advice on anything else you may think of that may help. This will be in front of a LS7 clutch/T56/4.11 geared 9" and 26" tall 275 MTs.

Here are the specifications:
Iron block 408
Bore: 4.0305
Stroke: 4.000
Compression 11.06
Crank: Callies 4.00 24 tooth
Rods: Eagle 6.125 H-Beams
Pistons: K448X3
Pins: Wiseco Standard
Main Studs: ARP 234-5608
Oil Pump: Melling 10296
Camshaft: 232/238 114+4
Head Gaskets: GM 1261-0046
Lifters: LS7
Cylinder Heads: L92 66cc

You need to change the clutch 1st thing. A LS7 clutch will not stand up long with a nasty NA 408 much less with a 150 shot. I could be wrong but it seems like 4.11's and 26" tires might be a bit too much gear.

I also have an LS3 intake I plan to put on to it with a 92mm PTM TB and Nitrous Outlet plate kit. My other questions are:

Should I mill the heads?

What cam should I use to get a solid power band in the low RPMs that will work well with the heads and intake I plan on using? I'm looking to make mid 500s on motor.

I plan on replacing the clutch while I have it apart this winter, any recommendations for my application?

Any other input on my setup?

I have a set of 3.89s in the rear now that would not allow me to get out of the hole very quickly on a dead hook my last track day. I bought the 4.11s but have yet to install them. I currently am running a bolt on LS1 with a torquer 2 cam.

I would keep the 3.89's for spray. I also wouldn't mill the heads if the compression is alreadly 11.0. I would install the motor go get a good tune and go to the track and adjust things from there.

I would run a 28.11.50/15 et street or drag at the track.

You need a cam specd out, and mill accordingly with ptv clearance for max compression.

Same thing I was thinking, Tainted. Thanks. Anyone know how I can get in contact with Patrick G for a custom cam and specs for milling the stock L92s?

Cam sheet sent to Patrick G. What do you guys think I should use for a lid/induction? I plan to use an LS3 intake, N2O Plate kit, PTM 92mm TB and that's where I'm at. Any ideas for MAF then filter without using a lid/lid base? Or would I get better performance out of a lid/filter?
