i seen anther post the 210-215s are for ls1/ls6, the 215 and bigger are for ls2 and the 235s are for ls3 and bigger.. for the bore applications. so that makes me think if i can only go to the 215s for the biggest. how much money would i be out of buying those and would it really make a diff from my cncd 243s? i know alot of questions but im stil learning the differences to the heads

I know the 235s will fit a 4.030 bore because I was looking at them, ls3 is 4.060 bore.
Anyway, look at a few of these options. Ballistic Speed has some ls3 heads with new valves etc for smaller bore applications, they may be worth looking into.
AFR 210 TFS 215 PRC 227
But you could potentially gain 20-30

Well heres several things you need to take into account.
Most of these heads are bronze valve guides. You must use roller rockers or it voids your warranty. If you dont you will have premature valve guide wear. Now some do offer the option of powdered metal guides to run factory rockers. Factory rockers with the trunion upgrade are pretty damn good.
These heads start about $2300+

yeah iv heard the trunion upgrade is pretty legit. easy to replace urself also. and no small needle bearings in oil pan lol. i dont mind using roller rockers if i need to. if ima spend the money on good aftermarket heads i dont mind spending few extra bucks. and those heads this other guy was using was trick flows 225s. so how much u think i can get my ls6 cncd heads for? kinda help with the up grade..
