I think flow numbers are not always the true measure of a cylinder head when it comes to a set-up. I've seen heads that flowed less than others make more power, and heads that flowed more than others make more power.

Combination is key!

Do you have to run LS7 pistons with these heads?
Or can you use L92/LS3 pistons.

Seeing that it is a 12* head like a LS7, a LS7 piston would most likely work.

I would call TEA or TFS to be 100% sure before I slapped a set on.

Yes they would work great!

I would recommend either a 239/251 113+3 or a 243/255 112+3.

Depending on whether or not you wanted something with a bit more low end and more docile street manners, or if you wanted a stronger mid range and top end with a rowdier idle. The first cam would achieve the first description while the second cam would achieve the second description.

I like the 243/255 112+3
What would you recommend for the rest of the cam specs?
Also what intake would go good with them?Vic jr?

That would depend on valve springs, rockers, lifters and push rods being used along with mileage driven per year and valve train weight.
