erl build question

Anyone ever have erl sleeve a 6.o liter block to a 4.125 bore? If so how did that go,does it hurt the cooling capabilities? what cubic inch did you finish with?

I am having mine done to 4.185 right now. Should not affect the cooling at all.

If it's a dry sleeve (meaning it's not touching any of the water jackets) then it should have no effect on cooling ability of the original block.

ERL hooked me up with a LS2 434ci (4.155 bore) dry sleeve short block. Cooling effect is a OK for me.

gray is it a cast block or a aluminum

5.3 with a 4l60e vintage air. Blacked out everything. It will be my power tour autocross drive it everyday summer car. Car just rolled 29k

The block is a alum 5.3

I might put a ls2 cam and intake on the 5.3 so It will make 400 but will have holley manifolds on it. Nothing race about it Hope to see 25 mpg drive it anywhere.
