Garage Built LS7
I started with koni adj all around(sorry no pics of that)
then re-did my seats
installed my moser 9" wavetrac with 3.50 gears

[/IMG][IMG]
[/IMG]also have a UMI ADJ full length torque arm and relocation bracket
[IMG]
[/IMG]the extra fog light switches in that pic are used as toggles, one attached to my SLP line lock, other attached to my dual flash PCM.
the cpm changes tune when the new pin that was attached is grounded. My plan is to run one 93 and the other E85. i understand that E85 is not consistently 85% so i had to account for that in the fuel system.
Installed a Lonnies double pumper system. ran stainless 0.035 seamless hard lines which turned out to be much harder than originally throughout because i was essential adding a line that was not there before because of the needed return. I tabbed up a 1/2inch feed and 3/8inch return. Also ran braided PTFE hose in other sections.
For the hard lines i had to remove the mounts that were under the heat shields and then i but high temp rubber along the body and pretty much sandwiched the lines between it and the heat shields.
all of this pretty much took a week to do.

[/IMG]Like i said i needed to account for E85 variations, installed a zeitronix etch sensor in the return

[/IMG]since these won't fit the current motor i picked up a used set of 1 7/8 for now on ebay to attach to the new kooks true dual. I had all this installed by a local exhaust shop and picked the wrong one because the effed it up in glorious fashion. Broke my radiator and forgot to put my dipstick tube back in so i lost about 1/2 my oil and coolant

[/IMG][IMG]
[/IMG]this is why i do all the work myself… seem to never be able to trust anyone
Car is having some 12" hush power muffler installed on the true duals instead of the bullets and should be back today. pics and video of sound should shortly follow

[/IMG]I will now start pulling all the parts I've collected out of the closet and get some pics for everyone. All i really need motor wise at this point is head studs and throttle body, but I am about to start a now position at a different hospital which means i am no longer 7 on 7 off and will be mon-fri and won't have as much time to work on it. May have to get the local performance shop in town to assemble and install or at least install the motor because i may not have the time anymore… Any one here ever worked with Unlimited Performance in Corpus Christi?

Also, like you mentioned, the torquer 116 or 110 is really going to be too close for comfort on pump gas. At first I was going to go with the torquer 110. After Discussing my goals with Quality Motorsports (who installed everything), that's when we went w/ the 235/251. Truly, I'd go at least 235/251, and now after driving it a bit, I'd personally go a little bigger than that, like 242/260.
As far as est. power I'd say roughly this:
Torquer 116 - 550 wheel
Torquer 110 - 570
235/251 (K501) - 590+
242/260 - 610+
Just some food for thought.
