Default AI 236cc 243's vs TFS 220cc as cast on 408

I'm looking for some budget heads for my 408 lq9 it has -2cc reliefs. I've been eyeballing both these heads for awhile. If it where my choice I'd go with the TFS 235's but there out of my price range. My set up is as follows fast 102/nw102 100mm maf 104 lid ls3 injectors 150 shot and am going to have a cam ground by FMS. My goals are to run high 10's on motor through a t56. Honestly I don't think I could go wrong with either head does either one have any advantages over the other besides the obvious...resale value and the tfs heads have the ability to be send off for the 235cc cnc program. Ls3 heads are out of the question since I already have a fast for cathedral heads.
