Default Drive by wire question

I have a 06 6.0 lq4 out of a GMC Denali. This is for a streetrod swap. The engine is complete with the flashed ecm, and a reworked harness. I did not get a throttle pedel. It is a Drive by wire motor. What pedel will work or how do I determine what pedel to ask for at a yard or dealership. No VIN of the origional truck is available to me.
Thanks n Advance...

A salvage yard or dealer should be able to tell you what works as long as the ecm and harness is from the same vehicle. All the info you should need is year make and model and maybe engine size.

If you hit a dead end for some reason you could probably call one of people who do harness conversions and tell the what ecm you have and what plug goes to the pedal assembly and they will know what you need.

Go to Rockauto.com and look up the part you need. After finding it, click on the part number and you will get a list of everything it fits. Easiest way in the world to get a list of vehicles you can get the part from.

Looks like most all GM 06 and 07 trucks, Tahoe, avalanche, and escalades.

Default Throttle pedal

Thanks for the replys.
I have called my local GM dealer and he wanted the VIN # because there were 4 or 5 different ones for that year. He said we could narrow it down if I can insure which 6.0 it was lq4/lq9. Will do that tomorrow. I'll post my findings and we will go from there. Thanks again...

Does it have flat top pistons? If so, it's an LQ9. If dished, it's LQ4.
